My soon to be ex-wife who was awarded temp position of my home only in my name?

has called the police on me for ringing the door bell 1 time to return my childs cat and then also falsely accused me of beating on the door and ringing the door bell late at night when I had witnesses and the police threatened to take me to jail ... is this a form of harrment ? also a few weeks back her boyfriend sent me a text message accusing me of trying to her and I filled a police report on this false statement so should I file harrment, slander defination of charactor and harring communications charges or is this not enough ?
