Okay i ordered my gathering of the juggalos tix on june 25, it now july 8th and i havent gotten them. umm why?

even after i ordered my ticket i ordered some merch which already came in the mail. but my ticket hasnt, and im almost POSITIVE they are already being sent out. Help im scared i paid 175 and it not coming!
