Am I safe?

I uncovered some unethical practises that my boss covered up involving other team members and since then it seems she has been on the hunt to find crap on me to get rid of me. I started to keep a detailed timeline of events at work that detailed not only unethical practises of management but also team members, racial slurs, harrment, ual written innuendos and the like. I have hard evidence of some of this stuff and witnesses to back up. I took all this stuff to HR and disclosed it hoping that I beat my boss to the punch as who knows what she would pull or already has. Now her boss is involved and HR is working with him to investigate allegations. I have never intentionally done anything unethical or wrong and feel confident - do you think I am safe and my job is secure? What can happen from this point on?
