IS This Teacher Breaking The law!!?!?

Ok so i have a physical disability, im short and my legs are Always acting up and the knee is constantly popping out of my leg so i have to go into the bTHROOM AND CLICK it back into place or i cant walk, so in high school i have a physical education plan that i cannot be considered l8te to anything involoving school ex:getting to cl or homeroom : so my knee clicks out usually in the morrnings b.c the walk from my car to my homeroom hurts my legs the most so im usually l8te do to this. Well normal all the teachers know this and give me a break since i have a plan for it but this one teacher who i keep telling the situation usually makes comments when i walk in saying :you pain isnt every day: and things like that which is really offensive cause i have pain on a daily basis (i am 17) so on my last day of school i walked in l8te and my teacher said "your l8te so go to the office" and i said yet again i was in the bathroom dealing with a medical issue and he said "go cry to mr ______( our diine of students) so i was forced to walk to the office (hurting my legs more b.c the office is on the other side of the school) and when i told the office what happened they said not to worry about it and said i did not have detention for being l8te but at this point my legs were hurting bad b.c the walk and me havign to walk back to the cles on the other side of the school, Do you think the teacher is breakign the law by not following my physical education plan and next time do you think if i just say no and he brings down the principal , the principal will side with me?
