Who should I start on my fantasy football team week 3? Felix Jones or Chris Johnson? Return yards count.?

I know CJ had a huge game last week but the Steelers shut him down week 1. Now he's playing the Jets. Ouch. With Marion Barber hobbled, Felix will get more carries even if he doesn't get the start. And they're hosting the Panthers who can't seem to stop the run. With return yards factored in, I feel like I should start Felix but it just sounds crazy to leave a stud like Chris Johnson on the bench.
