Large hard bump around tragus piercing?

I've had my tragus pierced since June of this year. I took my jewlry out a couple weeks ago because of a small mishap but I put in back in a couple hours later. Last wednesday, a bump began to swell around the entry whole. It doesn't hurt, but it's kinda hard and its the same color of my skin. Can anyone tell me what it could be and how to get rid of it? I do alcohol cleanses about once a week and the rest of the week I do pure salt soaks because we don't have sea salt w/o iodine.
