I need help! my Monroe Piercing seems to be infected inside. no tips on peircing sites about inside infection?

my pericing has done fine the past three days ive had it done, and last night and throughout the day today the inside where the flat back lays on my lip seems to be agitated and it almost seems like its making a little bit of an indention in the lip. there also seems to be ulsar-like bumps around it, pretty small, but its been kind of painfull. the swelling on the outside seems normal, no redness or anything. does anyone know if this is normal??
