How can I get my shut in wife a Yorkie dog to keep her company while I work without paying a small fortune?

My wife is only 47 years old. She is a WONDERFUL WOMEN. she started working in a diner where her Mom worked when she was only 10 years old doing everything from washing dishes, moping floors to scrubbing toilets. She raised our son along with a lot of other people's kids. And took care of her Mom until the day she ped away. Suddenly 5 years ago she started having debilitating panic attach's , which lead to depression. And then suddenly agoraphobia which is so bad that even going out of our house to the doctors is a hugh thing for her.She has done everything to help get herself over this but nothing seems to work. I work 60 hour shifts at the plant that I am employed at so she is also alone much of the time. Our son decided that her condition was to embarring for him and he moved away. She loves Yorkie dogs the small cute type. but they are very expensive and I just can not afford to buy her one. I have tried animal shelters etc...just about anything I could think of, with no luck. Does anyone have any idea of how I can get her one. She loves these dogs and she really honestly deserves to have one. Especially since she is alone 5 nights a week for 12 to 13 hours, and then of course I have got to sleep during the day. If anyone has any idea of how I can get her one. Please keep in mind that I simply can not afford what they charge for these dogs.I have been racking my brain trying to figure out what I can do but so far nothing has worked. I am not usually a man who would ask for anything like this but I know that it would make her so very very happy. I would be so grateful as would she.
